This guy is the "Talk of New York"? He looks like he had one too many sada pops on the way to the precinct. What's up with the broke ass Vitamin Water hat? I'm still thinkin' about what this image says. Does it say I like to smack around 14 year-olds? Or does it say I know 50 will bail me out in an hour?
