Three Six Mafia Sign Deal For Reality Series

After their recent win at the Academy Awards, Tennessee rap group Three 6 Mafia has no intentions of leaving Hollywood anytime soon. The group is set to star in an MTV show about their experiences in La-La Land.
According to the Hollywood Reporter, yesterday MTV announced they've green-lighted a Triple 6 comedy-reality series called "Adventures in Hollywood." The first episode opens with the group and entourage leaving Memphis behind to head to Hollywood for even greater fame.
"Adventures in Hollywood" will premiere next year in the first quarter with eight episodes. "Punk'd" star and and producer Ashton Kutcher is one of several executive producers for the show.
Since performing "It's Hard Out Here for a Pimp" and claiming their award at the 78th Academy Awards, Three 6 Mafia have made appearances on shows like E! Network's "Girls Next Door" and VH1's "Flavor of Love 2." Most recently the group performed on the pilot episode of NBC's "Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip." The group will also contribute music to the latest Rocky film and they'll have a turn in the upcoming Jackass 2 film, which they also made music for.
