Jay-Z's Oasis Cover Helps Band Sell Records

Jay-Z's impromptu, tongue in cheek cover of Oasis's "Wonderwall" at this past weekends Glastonbury Festival helped the British Rock band sell some records.
According to guardian.co.uk, Jay-Z's cover of Oasis's "Wonderwall" generated enough sales interest that the song is expected to once again enter the top 100 on UK charts. Additionally, the album the song appears on, "What's The Story (Morning Glory)", has seen a sales increase of 200%.
Noel Gallagher of Oasis had criticized Jay-Z's appearance at Glastonbury when it was announced that the Brooklyn bred rapper would headline the traditionally Rock oriented bill.
