Boogiii Men Entertainment Group is suing Ludacris over claims that he stole the song "Get Back" from a demo CD they sent the rapper in 2004.
According to Starpulse.com, the Boogiii men made several calls to Ludacris's record label Disturbin' Tha Peace but were given the run around and were not credited on Ludacris's 2004's "Red Light District" album on which "Get Back" appeared.
The trio known as Boogiii Men have filed papers in Philadelphia accusing Ludacris of copyright infringement.
