What’s good HHNLIVE!! I’m back for the 4th installment of “Vote 4 Hip Hop Culture”.

In this segment I have to talk about the ONE problem that Camp Obama has at this point. I mean John McCain has pretty much turned out to be Bush III at this point and has NO chance at winning the presidency EXCEPT for one thing. Now I know I have touched on race a lot in this blog and it’s for a reason. As much as we say race doesn’t matter, at the end of the day I am saying what we all think. If race didn’t matter we wouldn’t have polls about how much of the “urban” or “working class” vote a candidate gets. So I’m being realistic and candid in this blog when I talk about race, I hope that you can appreciate that. After saying that, I have to get back to our “problem”. That “problem’s” name is Michelle Obama. We all know that his dang former church filled with black radicals and white liberals (for what the names are worth) neither who want to see a mainstream society, was successfully attempting to derail their own and they don’t even know it. That church and the pastors and board of that church needed a huge “ho sit down” from the halls of every blog. But compounding the situation is the fact that he has this lady at his side who likes to call Caucasians “Whitey”. Yes you heard me. There is a strong rumor that none other than the modern day version of J Edgar Hoover, Mr. Karl Rove, has obtained a tape that has Mrs. Obama referring to our fair skinned brothers and sisters as “whitey”. Now I don’t know where in the h*ll Barack got her from, but this is strike number 2 and a potentially damaging blow to the campaign. The Republicans are licking their chops because if this video is true, it’s all but sayonara for our friend from Chicago. From her “Princeton Manifesto” to her “finally happy about America” comments, she has managed to alienate and come off as the typical angry black woman and for what? You managed to pull yourself out of the bottoms of Chicago, go to Harvard Law School, and marry the damn future President of the United States. What were you bitching about again? I hate to say what everybody is thinking but what will it TAKE to make the black woman happy? Essence magazine and I quote gave her an award for “standing by her man AND being her own woman”. The f*ck? Personally costing Barack the presidency is standing by your man? You watch Cindy McCain and the most you see her is waving to a crowd or reading books to “working class” children or some sh*t. Why does Ms. Black Panther have to stand in the spotlight? Can we let this man win first? Now I know a lot of you are saying “he’s going hard on the Black woman” but shit. I’m tired of paying $55 a gallon for gas because Michelle Obama wants to stand out front and MAKE herself look like the strong black female when in fact a STRONG WOMAN period knows how to simply stand BY her man. My mother is a strong black woman and I respect her to the fullest. But she also knew when to sit the hell down. Whatever happened to the times where we made it together because of each other and not in spite of? Why is there such a need to be the “independent woman”? I know he’s a man with strong convictions and any real man will defer to his wife in situations. But with what he already has coming to him from the Republicans (yes 99 problems), he needs to tell the 1 that is his wife…that the b*tch need not be one. I said it because it needed to be said. SMH.
